Congratulations on your Tive Beacon Tracker! This guide explains:

Power Status: Press the CHECK button. The Status light(s) will blink if the Beacon is On.
Power On: Press the CHECK button for 3-5 seconds and the blue light should turn on.
Power Trouble: If the blue light is on for less than a half-second, or there is no light at all, contact us about your battery.
Connectivity and Battery Remaining
Connect your Beacon to a Flagship or Solo 5G tracker:
To connect a Beacon with a parent tracker, the devices should be within a few meters of each other. Once Bluetooth is enabled on the trackers: press the Start button on the parent tracker, and hold the Check button on the Beacons; they will connect automatically. Solo 5G and Flagship tracker can support up to 100 Beacons within the same container or warehouse/building.

Link Beacons and Flagship/Solo 5G to a shipment:
On the Platform, view the Shipments panel and select Create New Shipment. Fill in the necessary details about your shipment, and scroll down to the bottom of the page to link the parent trackers and Beacons of your choice.
